Cooking Class

On April 28, 2018, The first Cooking Class occurred. The experienced cook Mrs. Unal taught how to bake baklava- the most famous Turkish dessert pastry, and triangle pastry-  spinach and cheese filled filo pastry triangles. While attendees were learning these two delicious Turkish cuisines, they got detailed recipes, special tricks, and chance to experience folding the pastries. After the class, attendees, cook, and the volunteers of the foundation taste the baklava, and pastry together accompanied with tea and friendly conversation.
